"YOU HAVE TO GET LOST BEFORE YOU CAN BE FOUND."

OUR STORY

My husband and I have been married for just over 30 years. I have lived in Port Saunders for the majority of my life in the town where my husband was born. We raised our family here, and have two beautiful sons, and we would like those from away to come and experience outport Newfoundland.

We love the raw natural beauty that our town has to offer. Everyone is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. In our spare time in the winter we enjoy snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, along with spending time at our our cabin. In the summer we enjoy walks on the beach, golfing, fishing and taking our boat out on the ocean.

In 2018, we decided we wanted to build two beautiful oceanfront cottages for guests from all over to experience our little town. A Wave From It All provides guests with a breathtaking view from which they can explore historical and cultural attractions nearby. Port Saunders is situated on the Great Northern Peninsula of Newfoundland - halfway between Gros Morne National Park and L'Anse aux Meadows Historic Site. Crow Head walking trail is within 2 minutes of our cottages, along with Port aux Choix National Historic Site only 5 minutes away. A short 15 minute drive to Torrent River is where you can view salmon underwater. Feel free to watch the fishermen sail out in search of their daily catch, or watch the beautiful ocean sunsets.
